Hang on, I'll answer this in a minute.
You reading this, Markk? I took a position and Cam challenged it. I returned and explained my position. Why? Because I knew good and well that Cam would read my reply through, think about it, find points of agreement or disagreement, look for flaws in my reasoning and follow up with his own relevant comments.
Whereas you, Mark, don't even take time to read what is put in front of you before you go off spouting some irrelevant crap that has nothing to do with the subject or the actual content of anyone's post. You don't read articles that you yourself post. You don't read and think, or come through with even a somewhat well reasoned position.
You basically look at a lengthy post and come back with,
so what who cayas ....or some stupid deflecting ad hom insult to your fellow discussor. They're drinking, they're following their prophet or whatever, when even your insults reveal that you don't know who in the hell you're talking to or the background of the individual because you don't freaking read their posts and remember who they are. Instead you make a total ass of yourself.
And you think it's a herd mentality because you are wholly unable to self reflect.
Doctor CamNC4Me wrote:So, Jersey Girl, I read your post twice just so you know. I appreciate the in depth analysis. I think we're just going to have to disagree on this point. I think the points you make are valid, for people who work directly with children and develop curriculum for their respective districts. For a national-level position, I just think it's waaaaaay beyond the kind of interaction you describe being necessary or needed. I mean, what happens when candidate #6, the last one 'interviewed' by the child, who has the final say on the matter, and the candidate states, "And just so you know, I'm going to make sure kids get chocolate chip cookies every day with their school lunch.", and winks at the child?
Whatever the case may be, the fact that Markk took Warren seriously is perhaps a nice example of why Trump succeeded in the GOP primaries, AND a good example of why pandering to extremists is disastrous for a head of state. I mean. I'd still vote for Warren if she gets the nomination, so it doesn't really matter what kinds of weird promises she makes on the campaign trail.
