Does anyone have any doubt that Kanye is running only in the hope of bleeding enough votes from Biden to enable Trump to win?
I don't know what Kanye thinks. He's bipolar, appears to be in a place where his family is concerned about him, and he could very genuinely feel that he is doing something good that isn't about undercutting Biden. It's hard to say.
It does appear the Trump campaign sees Kayne as a vehicle for accomplishing that, though.
And that is in addition to Trump's Postmaster General, DeJoy, doing everything he can think of to sabotage attempts to vote by mail, like abolishing overtime for postal workers to handle the massive influx of mail that will result, making it virtually impossible for all the ballots to arrive and be counted within the legally mandated 7 day limit after the election date. It is blazingly obvious that the last thing in the world that Trump and his GOP sycophants want is a fair and free election, because they know that can't win that way. As mentioned before, nothing short of firm legislative action by both houses of congress to insure adequate funding for the USPS and force DeJoy to do his job. I despair that even if such legislation is passed in time, Trump will only veto it for his own selfish purposes, and it is highly doubtful there will be the necessary 2/3 majority to override the veto. I greatly fear that starting in 2021, we will find ourselves living in an increasingly brutal and intractable, hard right despotism.

No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

The interview is something. He claims Trump let's God be in America and responded with, "Jesus is King" regarding being a spoiler for Trump against Biden.
Consider this -
Kanye West wrote:I remember being at my mom’s house, my mother-in-law, because my house was being worked on, she calls me ‘son’ and I call her ‘mom,’ I was in the shower, thinking, I write raps in the shower. It hit me to say, ‘You’re going to run for president,’ and I started laughing hysterically, I was, like, this is the best, I'm going to go out there and they’re going to think I'm going to do these songs and do this for entertainment, how rigged awards shows are, and then say I’m going to run for president. And I just laughed in the shower, I don’t know for how long, but that’s the moment it hit me.
It's kinda sad.

If you're an idiot, you're already supporting Trump. If you're dumb enough to vote for Kanye, you're dumb enough for Trump. It would hurt Trump more than Biden.
