I agree, people have been saying that about Trumpster for a long time, and for good reason. Beyond being a dishonest, greedy grifter, he also comes across as a bumbling fool. Just listen to his speeches or read his tweets. The constant misuse of words, disjointed sentences, rambling delivery, and abrupt topic shifts can easily be seen as signs of mental decline.
