On a more serious note I actual hope Shades is ok.
You're not the only one.

Maybe we could drop this thread until we have some news?

HELP!

Post by Shulem »

I sure do wish some of you SMART people down here in paradise would go up to the Terrestrial board and help me out with the glue problem. Nobody helped me before and it seems there isn't anyone now days and I'm getting damned frustrated.

Shout Out to Shulem!

I need to know if the graphite is under or over the glue, PLEASE, somebody, anybody, help me. I can't do this crap all by myself! It's for a good cause! It all for the purpose of swatting down the Book of Abraham, again.

Sorry Shulem. I can't argue about religion anymore. The argument itself seems absurd to me. It's self-evident that religious truth claims are nonsense, so if someone believes that stuff, what's the point in arguing with them about it? People who believe nonsense are very hard to convince with reason. Holding unreasonable beliefs requires rejecting reason.
Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.

The god idea is popular with desperate people.

Didn't we discuss graphite before? I'll come look but I warn you, I don't think I have even 2 brain cells left at the moment. But I'll try.

You don't have to argue religion, Schmo. I just need to know what came first: The graphite or the glue? Was the graphite writing first smeared into the paper and then overlaid with glue or was the graphite run over a dry sheen of glue?

It's really that easy, so get your sorry ass up there and say something. Please examine the fragment under magnification at the link provided.

Don't be lazy. Get to looking and tell us what u think. No excuses. Get ur sorry ass up there now! Or I'll sic Jersey Girl on you and you'll be sorry.
