If I had my way, both parties would nominate new candidates. I don't mind Biden, but I think most people agree we could do with someone younger.

I feel exactly the same way. I think highly of Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Peter Buttigieg, and Katie Porter. So far that's all I have. I am sure there are others capable of providing sound leadership and I have somehow missed them. I wish Biden would run without Ms. Harris. There's something about her that doesn't sit well with me. A felony conviction does not disqualify anyone from being a senator, representative, or the president. It could, however, be used as a reason for the House or Senate to expel a member. If Cohen were elected, I wouldn’t expect him to be expelled, as he wasn’t in office at the time and the voters were fully informed of his felony convictions.
