I really hope he takes his 25th amendment opportunity to be President for two weeks. This is about national security.
Yes it is. One of the Senators (female, I forget the name) drew up the bill or statement or motion or whatever the heck it is called to invoke the 25th.
Invoking the 25th seems to be the one and only way that Pence could possibly save face right now. Will he do it? I think that he will. I pray that he will. I think that Pence has been in an impossible position right up until today. Now is his time. Now is his chance.
He has a chance to show us who he really is. I tend to believe that he already started pulling back the curtain when he exercised leadership today when Trump stood still.

it's too bad God couldn't have done this by humbling the leadership directly, given this is their doing. There's been about zero consequences for all the election lawsuit BS. Wave after wave of assault and nobody can do anything to stop the next wave, for some reason. Up until now, it's been all white-collar crime. It's too bad these white-collar criminals couldn't have been humbled directly by god for their own crimes. It's too bad that the working class rubes, dumb as they might be, had to be the fodder while the leaders might just have gotten a little scared for a few minutes in their fancy chamber. Now they can say, "okay I guess we'd better stop now, now that WE almost got hurt" and move on unscathed.
We can't take farmers and take all their people and send them back because they don't have maybe what they're supposed to have. They get rid of some of the people who have been there for 25 years and they work great and then you throw them out and they're replaced by criminals.

I don’t think the 25th will work. It takes 1/2 of Trump’s loyal cabinet officers to invoke it. Then all Trump has to do is send a letter to immediately resume power. Then 1/2 of the cabinet has to do it again, after a day or two of MAGA riots across the country and withering criticism from Fox, OANN, RT, Breitbart, etc.
Impeachment is much cleaner, and it means he could not run again.
