OK, but I don't want to play special pleading all evening, so please define your terms "AGW hypothesis" "direct empirical evidence" and "empirical observation of nature" and "supports." Also, so I understand what you are asking, please give me an example of the kind of direct empirical evidence one would expect to find if the AGW hypothesis were correct.

I'm still confused. What does global warming have to do with guns, taxes, religion or welfare?
Why is this an issue for you and other uber-conservatives? If the climate is screwed up, what advantage is there in denying it?

LOL. Of course it's a red herring. Whether global temperatures and increasing and the causes of any change in temperature are factual questions. The facts are what they are, regardless of how political groups react to them. The fact that you reject science and try to make this all about political ideology is MASSIVE projection on your part.
