I just had my two active duty Navy daughters over for a visit. I asked them what their peers' views of Trump were, and they said 'everyone hates him'. So. Take that for what it's worth.

Still, though. This was a smart move by his handlers to get him and his wife overseas for a visit. I'll give them credit for being savvy enough to do that.

Are you talking about the Chaplain or do you have a link?

eta: If it's the video showing him posing with guys who're kit'd up I'm skeptical those guys are operators. They might be assigned to SEAL Team 5, but they're most likely to be support personnel, all of which are issued kits that look like what the operators wear. Team members are typically elsewhere, and that's all that really needs to be said about that. From experience I'd guess those Sailors are logistics, supply, and other support types (like perhaps S1) posing with their kits.
