The "bad guy" was a civilian police officer who had an accusation made against him that never was proven to be accurate. Despite not being an interrogator, West had him detained, his men severely beat him, then he personally threatened him with execution, firing a gun right past his head, which coaxed the police officer into giving up information which, in retrospect, was nonsense he said out of fear. That's flat torture. How would you feel if the tables were turned and this was done to an American?
In any case, it's not the sort of skeleton in one's closet that is conducive to a close election battle. The man has no shot at getting a nod.

They've told me multiple regulations that were enacted by the Obama admin when he did his "bail-outs" and after that have directly caused them to loose properties.
Specific regulations?
Don't hold your breath, 007.
I challenged him for details when he made this exact claim before, and got nothing but crickets, like what I'm hearing now waiting for Droopy to show how after-tax profits are used to pay employees.
He just knows.

"We can quibble about the terminology used to describe them, but it’s clear. Whatever you call people that oppose capitalism and free markets and individual economic freedom — maybe it’s ‘socialist,’ maybe it’s ’communist’ — but that’s the point the congressman was making, and he stands by the words."
Sure, don't quibble about terminology. Those people over there believe this list of things (even though they don't), so we are free to label them creatively. "Progressive" and "communist" are really the same thing (even though they aren't even close).
The label itself isn't the point (even though it was the entire point). West would have received just as much attention by not using that label. Yeah, that's the ticket.
