The kid is now a grown ass adult. Recovering junkie. Or maybe he is just a junkie. LAPD does not acknowledge having anyone in custody.

I've since seen a couple of other photographs of the kid/grown ass adult. Judging from the look in his eyes, yep, he was going to kill someone someday.

In other news, I had no idea Rob Reiner was married to Anjelica Huston. That's two celebrities in one criminal incident.

Of course this is all true, which is way it is safest to avoid MAGAets as much as is humanly possible. Your life literally depends on it. They are too stupid and irresponsible to deserve anything but a wide berth.

Not to put too fine a line on it, but I don't believe Reiner's son was a so-called MAGAet. Reiner and his wife may still be alive had they spent the holidays without this non-so-called-MAGAet.

That said, we should wait and see what the murderer's defense lawyers decide the murderer is, or isn't. Best not to rush to insane conclusions or connections, like Trump just did.

Decided to go back to the beginning of the thread. So, Nick is apparently being held on 4M bond. I watched a YouTube video today where it was alleged that he and his Dad got into a huge fight the night before at a party at Conan O'Brien's home. The report was sponsored by TMZ I think. I don't put too much stock in TMZ but they did issue the first report on the Michael Jackson death before any other outlet so there is that.

They didn't say what the fight was about. Apparently (you probably know this already) Nick has a long history of drug abuse and addiction going back to age 15. It takes a long time for investigators to perform all the forensic studies as well as toxicology reports for Rob, Michele, and Nick. In a high profile crime like this they are stingy about releasing findings because they want more time to build their case against the perp and make it strong enough to ensure a corresponding prison sentence.

I haven't looked for current updates so my above may well be old news by now.

No matter how you look at it, the whole thing is a damn shame and I'm sure the daughter who was first on the scene is traumatized for the rest of her life. I don't know if they observe Hanukkah and/or Christmas but no matter, their living children and friends will suffer during this time every year.

The only thing I saw today that was revealing was a video interview with Nick and Rob after Rob directed Nick's screenplay about addiction. Rob interrupted Nick and talked over him. Again, who knows what that means or why the interview went down like that? They clearly had a strained relationship.

Nobody is more wrong about this crap than Trump. Lot of people are wrong, but nobody is more wrong that that sumbitch on this matter. Rob was an outspoken half-cocked ranting rich Hollywood celebrity and DNC player. All we know about Nick is that he was a junkie who may or may not have been in recovery. The rest, like you say, will be held tight until it ain't.
