I use "alternative" (non-standard) tunings. I have experimented with 128 different ways to tune the guitar over the years and now regularly use about 55 different tunings through "waveform modeling". The tuning I use in the above piece has the 5th & 6th strings tuned down about an octave and a half and the other 4 strings doubled up with 2 different alternative tuning notes each ~ so I am essentialy playing a "virtual" 10 string guitar on a 6 string electric. It was also just 1 take of 1 guitar.

Hey, what about this for a story plot:

Some Liberal sneaks into the Salt Lake Temple, steals some of the South American gold tooth filings from the Temple Matrons and fashions it into a ring.

George Romney then steals the ring back, but inadvertently loses it to the Warren Jeff's fundamentalist group. George's son Mitt reclaims the ring, but is eventually defeated by the Nigerian Prince Obama. Finally, Sherri Dew gains the ring and returns it the the Temple Matrons, but Salt Lake City is destroyed in the process right after the heavier Sister in the soprano section of the Tabernacle Choir sings the final song, Ride of the Relief Society.

Think it might have some potential?
