Can the Secret Service keep him from going over the border and if not, would they follow him over to ensure his safety and security? Like would they follow him to an airport gate until he is no longer the President and then he turns to them and says, "See ya, guys. It's been real! Adios!"

I’m guessing that (ordinarily) Trump’s security detail would accompany him in close proximity at all times, outside of those occasions when he needs to clear his bowels of yesterday’s Big Macs. So, for your scenario to work for Trump, they’d need to willingly follow the President on to a plane, then willingly ‘abandon’ him to allow for his departure. Figure that those agents could face arrest for not discharging their duty, or would need to leave the country with Trump and resign themselves to surrendering their citizenship in order to become part of Trump’s private security detail.

I’d hope that any agent considering this option would ask for a hefty up-front payment before committing. ; )

One of the things I remember about Barbara Bush is that, even at the end of her days, when she walked her dog, she picked up the dog's poop. I can visualize some Krav Maga trained agent who can run a mile in under 5 minutes watching the former First Lady. There is something endearing and honorable in that, about knowing your place in the egalitarian universe.

On an unrelated note, I was thinking about Rudy Giuliani's word's before the crowd: Trial by combat.

As the President's lawyer, one would assume Counselor Giuliani is familiar with the different types of trials, among them trial by judge or trial by jury. Yet Mr. Giuliani specifically uses the term Trial by combat. I don't think Rudy meant Mortal Kombat. This is not a simile or a metaphor. It is absolutely clear and unambiguous.

After the sedition had been quelled, Rudy called Senator Tuberville of Alabama to ask if he could delay the vote further than the 8pm vote that was scheduled for that night.

But I seriously don't understand why Giuliani's words aren't, at a minimum, considered inciting a riot.

We have a picture of someone taking part in a violent irruption into the Capitol, which might have resulted (had some of the insurgents had their way) in the murder of the Vice-President), and in the course of which a police officer was killed by the mob.

Shades sends us a doctored version of the picture, intended so far as one can judge to get us thinking. "Hey, that mob really did break into the Capitol and kill a police officer (etc. etc.). But what about Biden being said to bit a bit too touchy-feely, hey? Bet you don't want to talk about that, libtards?"

Or is there some other reason for him posting this picture?

Then there is this.

In a near supreme irony, Trump and his mob involved in the January 6th insurrection could face additional legal liability because of a Presidential Executive Order for Protecting American Monuments - issued by none other than Trump himself. The order (see link below) carries pretty stiff penalties and could apply directly to those who crossed the barricades on January 6th.
