I do not see how a reasonable person would consider what was posted as a rule violation...clearly it was censored due to a concern for how fragile your feelings and/or intellect have become. The contents of the deleted information was not even insulting, in fact it was a positive link that obviously intends to be a means of support and encouragement.
As for your "identity", nothing was revealed or pointed to whatever or whoever you may be, beyond being "hawkeye". There is no reason to assume or conclude that you are anyone other than "hawkeye", so i am unsure on the fair or reasonable assertion that my post was "personal" let alone an "attack" - But like I said, fairness and reasonable is not a requirement for moderation.

People's in real life identities have been successfully ascertained on these boards using far less obvious clues that what you were putting out there.

Simply being in "the positive" doesn't mean you actually made any money. Ever heard of fees, inflation, etc? Do you even invest? Have you tried taking money out of your 401k before?

The DOW was 24,824.01 to start the year on Jan 2nd. Today it closed at 24,831.17. That's an increase of just a fraction of a fraction of a percentage point, and any given day it can easily go negative for the entire year again.

Tell me Bach, someone who in January put $10,000 into the market made exactly how much after adjusting for inflation?
