Speaking of Murphy's Law, it often seems that Finagle's Law is the one in effect. Finagle's Law states: "Murphy was an optimist."
No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

I can make that work: ultimately, we learn the most from tragedy. I've never heard it called Finagle's Law before, but there's something to it.
Which means the planet is going to be Utopia once we get over this Drumpf fiasco. We just have to survive.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.
