Did you read actual study?
Yes. A "friend" read the study too. Did you read the study?
No, because it’s not available for free.

How does expected gang behavior factor into this? If you've got to commit a crime to establish your evil bona fides, that puts society at large at risk.

However, enabling disgruntled young men easy access to assault weapons is a recipe for disaster and flows from a social policy based on greed and retardation.

Would allowing easy visa access for nubile young Mexican maidens help stem the tide of this disgruntlement?

Here is a study that point out the correlation between long-term loneliness and violent behavior. Here's the proof

"If you can't join them, beat them"

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11761307/
No, it doesn't. None of the experiments measured long-term loneliness. And the experiments measured aggression, not violence.

I don't think long-term loneliness and rejection are very different.

"Rejection does cause aggression," according to one of the authors of that study.

Anyways, another study concluded that loneliness (among patients who are depressed) is positively correlated with negative feelings.

That's a different problem. But if you want violence to decrease, give the lonely guys some friends.

You referenced a study that didn't say what you said it did. You didn't know that because you hadn't read the piece. When asked if you'd read it, you claimed that you had. Now you're sending people to chase down other bogus material.

I read the study, but you seem to be more interested in ad hominem attacks.

I admit, I have the habit of not being very precise with my wording sometimes, but I did read the study. Just because the study makes no mention of long-term loneliness doesn't mean that I am wrong about the point. If you read and try to understand my OP, you'll see that I am talking about the increasing number of young men who are rejected by society.

You will never acknowledge what one of the authors of that study said.

Rejected people are more likely to become violent.
Don't be violent.

I understand that, but many people with intellectual disabilities won't.

Why not stop rejecting the people who are socially awkward?

You linked me to an article, not the study. Please copy and paste the study here so we can read it - which should be easy because you said you read the study, so just copy and paste it here.
