I'm thinking about starting a MDB WoW clan. I know theres a good number of you who have been involved with WoW in the past and folks, its time to get back on teh horse.

First topic of Discussion: The Clan Name.

here is some of my suggestions -

Polygamy Pwn3d
Lucifers Rejects
Shades Shakedown Shills
...

OK, those sucked. Any contributions?

Sounds interesting, but I don't think I have the time anymore to play like I used to. Every other day for hours on end.

Used to be fun, but now it would just be nuts. Taking my Undead Warlock to 60 was a long hard road.

Funny you should start this thread. I just got off the phone with Bryan Inks, and he's at Keene's house playing World of Warcraft as I type this!

I've given up on MMORPG's. Always seemed to me too much like another job I wasn't getting paid for. I'm already playing 2 WIF games by e-mail and have 3 games I haven't even opened yet. So much entertainment, so little time.

Funny you should mention that. I was a huge devotee of the Advanced Third Reich/Empire of the Rising Sun game system for a number of years.

Never did play it by e-mail, though.

If I ever start WoW I'm doomed. I already don't have enough time left in my lifespan to finish all the work I should be doing...

Yeah, WoW ain't my thing. Now, if you were talking about either an Xbox Live or PC-based squad for some of the FPSs I play, you'd be talking to the Lord of the Spawn Rapists. M107, for when you absolutely, positively have to kill every mother idiot in g**damned server. Accept no substitutes.

The shooting sounds fun. I can't get much into RPG's, but just shooting things is great. (Just remembered to write "go to shooting range" on my To Do list for my sabbatical).

Truthfully, though, the only two "video games" I've ever really liked are...Tempest and Katamari Damacy.

Yes, I am old enough to have played actual arcade games. I still love Tempest, though I don't have a computer version since I switched to Mac. Just something about starting down into that vortex...

Katamari's repetitiousness lulls me into a zen trance.
