Finally got guitar hero 3 for Wii. Damn, what a great game. It's filled with tons of awesome songs too. My wife gets ticked when i turn up the volume on rage against the machine or metallica. Awesome stuff!

The Rage song is a blast to play. It took me forever to beat One on Hard...that solo at the end is punishing. I'll never beat it on Expert.

I'm most of the way through expert on GT3. I've also beaten all of Rock Band on expert. (Good songs on Rock Band, don't like it as much as GT3...much easier).

by the way: That Conrad video is nothing compared to the video of the 9 year old beating Through the Fire and Flames.

How come that kid doesn't have to strum at the beginning?

it's a hammer on section....when the notes glow white in the middle you don't have to strum, as long as you don't miss a note you can just tap them.

Here's another example....look at the notes on the solo sections and how they defer from notes at the beginning.
