TGIF Long Island Iced Tea

Its good.. reaaaalll goood!
What are we drinking this weekend and over the 4th?
I will be out and about in behind the Zion curtain for the week.
I just finished a second glass of TGIF LIIT... I will be sure to bring several bottles out for my RM exmo brothers to enjoy.. very good and very quick! Willy Wonka was correct! "Candy is dandy, but liquor is quicker"!
They are also picking up some of my namesake.
My fresh exmo wife enjoys Heineken.. so we will bootleg a 24 pack for her as the Utah beer is weeak.

I'll be drinking lemonade and iced tea. Maybe a diet Dr. Pepper. Woo hoo!

If you end up having to drink any of the Utah beer, drink Cutthroat. At least it's 4% and it's pretty good. I've never had the Polygamy Porter so I can't comment on that. I had a St. Provo Girl once and didn't like it, but that was when I first started drinking beer so it all kind of tasted like ass at the time. I'll be drinking Sierra Nevada Pale Ale this weekend.

A variant of the well known black and tan mixed beer(dark and ale beers) is doing the same with P Porter and St. Provo Girl.
I call it a milk and meat beer.

Nope, I'm in Colorado. There's a place nearby that has it on tap. I grew up in NorCal, near Chico...hence the affection for the Sierra Nevada.

Substitution Everclear for rum and drop a blow stick in for ambiance.
Take a hand full of aspirine in the morning.
As for me... I plan on doing what I do ever year for the Four...
