Post your shuffle!

Post by _KimberlyAnn »

I thought it might be fun to post the first ten songs that come up on our iPods when they're set to shuffle. If you don't have an iPod, you're welcome to post the shuffle from your lesser MP3 player. ;)

Here are mine:

Tusk - Fleetwood Mac
White Wedding - Billy Idol
Hot! Hot! Hot! - The Cure
Higher Ground - The Red Hot Chili Peppers
Dare - The Gorillaz
Burning Down the House - Talking Heads
Hey There Delilah - The Plain White T's
Like A Virgin - Madonna
All My Love - Led Zeppelin
Middle of the Road - The Pretenders

Your turn! Don't filter out the songs you're embarrassed to like! I was honest and included "Like A Virgin", lol!

Don't Fear the Reaper- Blue Oyster Cult
Margaritaville-Jimmy Buffett
Bliezkrieg Bop-The Ramones

Free Bird-Lynrd Skynrd
Crazy On You-Heart
Green Grass and High Tides-The Outlaws

....oh crap I had my on a playlist of great rock songs rather than all my songs....oh well.

I never put my pod on shuffle, so I was suprised to see this very representative list churn out!

Her Psychology Today -- Guided By Voices
Range Life -- Pavement
Dog On Wheels -- Belle & Sebastian
Mr. Bojangles -- The Byrds
Orphan Girl -- Emmylou Harris
Something for the Weekend-- The Divine Comedy
A Little Soul -- Pulp
Abigail, Belle Of Kilronan -- The Magnetic Fields
You've Got Her In Your Pocket -- The White Stripes
In This House That I Call Home -- X

Sci-Fi Kid--Blitzen Trapper
Ashtray Monument--Jawbreaker
Don't Make Me Feel So Bad--Jackpot
Primary--Spoon
Rule Of Three--The Lemonheads
One Inch Man--Kyuss
Another One Goes By--The Walkmen
Going Over It--The M's
Christmas In Washington--Steve Earle
Loser--Grateful Dead

That was kind of cool. That's the first time I've put my iPod on shuffle. I'm weird about listening to albums in their entirety.

PS: I'm glad that Range Life showed up on your list, Blixa. I just downloaded Gold Soundz as my phone ringtone last night.

Am I a pariah if I don't have an mp3 player or an Ipod?

Yes. Definitely. :)

In reply to the OP, I need to charge mine up to see what the shuffle produces.

Well, that makes two of us. What the hell is the shuffle?

The Nehor is still young. He has no excuse. I, on the other hand, am much older and will never own an I-Pod. I can't even get my phone to work.
