I read about it online but couldn't find the video! I love it on a number of levels!!!!!

They should be doing stuff like this in all correction facilities.

HA! It's a Phillipine (I think?) prison and that's what they do to have fun? Exercise? Hang out with the transvestite inmate? Dunno?
