A misread envelope.

OMH. I just thought Id be random and tell you about a letter that was on the table that I thought wasn't mine. I didn't see the number at the start, so I pressumed it wasn't mine. The letter is about tv liscencing. Because I had not got in contact with them, I am now under investigation. It's just a good job I don't watch Tv here then. I should contact them. that's a bit creepy. Apparently I could be prosecuted. And fined £1000. But they can't cause I don't watch tv on my computer or phone.
