Tl;dr - Eduardo Saverin, co-founder of Facebook, renounced his US citizenship to avoid paying $700M in capital gains taxes.

These guys exist outside of the world in which we have to operate. They use the system like vampires, benefiting from our infrastructure and our consumerism, but then they don’t pay their fair share so we can keep the system they used to engrandize themselves functional. It’s unethical, and in my opinion, criminal. The billionaire class has rigged the game to their favor with these loopholes, and it needs to stop. We’re cattle to them. Conservatards keep electing people to office who not only allow this, but openly encourage it. It’s bananas.

At the rate we're going, pretty soon we're going to have our first trillionaire. Being a millionaire doesn't even mean much anymore in terms of the classic perception that they can buy whatever they want.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: if you are trying to build wealth beyond what you need, you're just a damned hoarder in nice clothing. Seek help. You can afford it.
