Chicken Pock Pie

Today in my car, while waiting in a fast food drive through:
Annie: I wish we had mom's chicken puff pie. That's my favorite dinner.
Chloe: I'm so sick of you saying puff pie, Annie! It's not chicken puff pie. It's chicken pock pie!
I laughed until my stomach hurt.
Chicken Pock (pox) pie. Yummy!

I think I wrote the recipe for that on the back of a salmonella envelope.
Scrape 4 cups of chicken pox off with the edge of a serrated knife into a bowl.......
