K.A. I believe you live in Oklahoma. Have you had a chance to look at HJR 1003? I am curious to know what the buzz is in the state over this resolution. There are several states trying to get similar declarations through but this one is the best I have seen so far.
I would also like to hear from anyone who lives in a state that is also declaring sovereignty. The ones I have seen so far are AZ, CA, GA, HI, MI, MO, MT, NH, and Washington.
If you believe in this please let those who represent you know that you support it.
Props to Oklahoma!

It's sad that legislation such as this is needed:

“THAT this serve as Notice and Demand to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers. THAT all compulsory federal legislation which directs states to comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties or sanctions or requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding be prohibited or repealed.”

Hi, personage.

I'm acquaintances with a state senator and she filled me in a bit on HJR 1003, though I likely remain less knowledgeable than you. I'm sure "buzz" exists; I'm just not tuned in to it. But, I do know that it passed committee unanimously. Now, we'll just have to wait and see what happens in the House.

Why the interest? Politics junkie?

Thank you for responding. Please don't assume that I am more knowledgeable than you. That would be giving me waaaaaay more credit than I deserve.
I'm not a political junkie, just a fan of a certain document that has been ignored and trampled on during the last several years.
I didn't support the policies of the W. administration and I definately don't agree with the Obama policies so far. These guys are just puppets for the global elite. I would love to see more people wake up and stand up to these Bilerberg, CFR, Trilateral, IMF, World Bank criminals. Every day more states are working on these resolutions and I am beginning to believe we still have a sliver of hope.
I have to go polish my tin foil hat now.

Polish that tinfoil hat until it shines.

I have an odd affection for conspiracy theorists.
