Am Idol. Tracks of my tears

This youtube video probably won't stay up long because the producers of the show have taken others down, but this guy Adam Lambert did a great job of Smoky Robinson's song Tracks of my Tears. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BskkuDTkx2M

OMG!

Thanks for sharing that! I missed that performance. He is amazing! What a beautifully supported falsetto he has.

Gorgeous tenor!

I hope he wins!

He's very creative. There are quite a few youtube videos of him, even from when he was young. Gaz would be horrified, he's openly gay.

If you missed The Ring of Fire..it's interesting http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kI4-aWHS64Q or the studio version which has a better sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgmlPRpSt8U

Hi Marg,

I'm a big Adam Lambert fan and think he'll win it. I usually agree with Simon 99% of the time, but I actually loved his sensual performance of "The Ring of Fire." He had me under his spell.
I figured he was gay or bisexual early on (when he speaks you can tell)-later I saw the videos and photos that are out there to confirm it.

If the youtube of "Tracks of my Tears" gets pulled, I found a really good quality video on Photobucket here. My kids keep asking to watch it over and over.
I thought he looked like a younger Kurt Russell with his hair slicked back.

I'm also a Kris Allen fan. My oldest daughter has a huge crush on him. I think Simon was right that he should have kept his wife hidden a little longer. My daughter will be crushed to find out he's married.

My next favorites would be Matt Giraud (can't believe he was in the bottom two! ), and Danny Goeke.
I love Megan's unique voice, but she keeps choosing the wrong songs. Stunning girl.

I agree with you on his Ring of Fire version. Pretty much all the judges didn't like it I believe, but I thought it was very creative and well done, reminded me of Radiohead, not that I like Radiohead though.

The Idol producers were pulling it off of youtube at the beginning but haven't been in last few days. I have listened to it everyday but I think I've reached my fill.

I don't really know the names of the other ones. I actually thought the blond girl with the pink hair was going to win..but she's off already.

I really liked her during Hollywood week and thought she might make it to the top three as one of my favorites. She reminds me of Molly Ringwald.
(love that pink hair and cute cut)
She made some poor song choices and I was disappointed in her last two performances.
