So that's where you get your information, Frontpage.
I guess you're also into very serious and pointed criticisms of Islam?

Hey Droops, I am curious, you hate the Democrats, what are you thoughts with libertarians. Like the real ones, not Glen Beck?

Libertarians aren't in favor of making masturbation or premarital sex illegal, so Droopy does not approve.

I'm not fond of the anarchist side of them but by and large, they are okay. They just need a little moral seasoning. Better than any Democrat by a long shot.

Does Droopy actually believe that? I believe in making those engaged in pre marital sex responsible for the consequences such as no abortion as a general method of birth control.

Yes, I am. I like Bernard Lewis, Daniel Pipes, Robert Spencer, Steven Emerson etc.

Actually Ray, I get my information from a plethora of sources. Frontpage is probably the single best clearinghouse for journalism, history, critique, and the following of current events regarding the modern Left, its ideology and history.
Stay well away from it Ray, its dangerous...

1. I do not "hate" democrats. I do despise their philosophy. There are, as well, I'll admit, liberals and leftists that I have no respect for whatever.
I'm a big fan of a number of libertarian positions in the area of economics, political economy, and the proper size, scope, and prerogatives of the state. I have a deep respect for the ideas of the Austrian school.
The fundamental problem with many libertarians is that they have made somewhat of a fetish of the concept of "freedom" to the point that they have lost sight of the moral and cultural superstructure necessary to both maintain and preserve it. They've abandoned the Burkien tradition that infuses the alternative school of classical liberalism, conservatism. Libertarianism can tend to be very secularist, and, on occasion, hostile to religion and its concerns. Its emphasis on, what can sometimes be an atomistic individualism reminiscent of the Left, is a critical weakness, and colors its views of national security issues as well as some historical critique.
Like bc, I'm not a fan of the Rothbardian wing of the movement.
