This looks like a good Proposition to vote for in the State of California.
You wrote in another Thread here:
It produces more oxygen, reversing the "greenhouse effect" than forests. It reclaims and breaks up once useless soil for farming. It can be used to creat paper, and so many other materials that an entire home structure can be built from it's material, including plastics. It can produce fuel, not only ethanol, but it produces more oil than any other seed for natual burning biodiesel. Pure hemp oil will fuel a diesel engine.
If Cannabis Plants really do more at producing oxygen, reversing the "greenhouse effect" more than forests, then Californians should Suspend AB 32 and instead Plant a lot of Cannabis Plants.
