This one is scary as no matter where you drive you will likely drive near or by somewhere that illegal activity is taking place. Drive by and slow down, or pull into a parking lot and they have the thin thread to arrest & charge you. If it involved Drugs, even if you are innocent, These folks can confiscate all your assets, hold you in jail and your family is left out in the cold with no way to pay for anything. The resulting publicity assures no one will come to your aid as they are mostly assuming you must be guilty of 'something' or this would not have happened.
Want to bet this will be abused big time?
