http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/n ... ls-1142468This from Yahoo sports section. "BYU also is 2-5 and lucky to be doing that well. The Cougars probably would have lost to San Diego State had an obvious fumble on a BYU scoring drive been overturned upon review. A BYU employee was working on the replay crew, which was suspended."
Is this reality? I don't watch the games and just came across it in looking for something else. The crew suspended? What is the outcome of that, has it been resolved?

Here is a good story on what happened.
http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/14/cougar-employee-one-of-three-suspended-for-botched-byu-sdsu-replay/How the Mountain West could ever allow an employee of one the participating teams to work in the replay booth is beyond me.

Joseph start a thread that Monson should be suspended for this, you can get away with it.

The SDSU player does not have clear possession of the ball when the whistle is blown. Therefore, the ball goes back to the team with original possession.

It's OK to criticize BYU football, you won't loose your recommend over it.

Bc, I think you were cluing in to the wrong play. The one in question was the one with the stripped ball.
But why take this out on the replay guy who is also a BYU employee? Clearly they do not understand the BYU values involved in that decision. This will help:

Seems to be the right play I was looking at.
