Tomorrow is Election Day for 2010. There are several important Senate Races going on this Election. Probably the most important Senate race is the one in Nevada where Liberal Democratic Mormon Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is in the Senate race for his life against Tea Party GOP Candidate Sharron Angle.
The most recent Rasmussen Poll has this Senate race pretty close with Sharron Angle up by about four percentage points. I Predict that Angle will win this Senate race by about three percentage points. Other important Senate races are in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Delaware, Florida, Colorado, Arizona, California, Washington, and Alaska.

I'd be just a tad careful on this one. It has been the mainstream media doing the most hyping of the "fact" of the Republican tsunami and that includes left-wing pollsters such as Gallup. They could be setting the stage for disappointment and failed expectations. However, I do remain hopeful.
In any case, even if there is a tsunami as predicted, it still won't be enough to override a presidential veto. So the war is not over and continues into the 2012 elections and the Republicans will need to publically emphasize that for the next two years to keep the public's attention fixed on the goal.
What we will get at least is gridlock and that is the the bread and butter of those who want limited government. If we're lucky, the federal government might also begin to be starved of funds which is one of the best ways to keep them in line.
