Alternative Republican Healthcare Proposal

Rather than have insurance company friendly universal health care, congressional Republicans are proposing a repeal of the health care for all and pushing for the passage of the following three point plan:
1. The uninsured will be entitled to a free X-ray and enhanced pat-down by airport security.
2. Voucher can be obtained for a complete security check.
3. Mention the words, "Islam, bomb, Al-Qaeda, Bin Laden or Pahoran" and get a free colonoscopy.

I don't think it's necessary that there be an alternative plan when all one has to do to bring us back from the brink is repeal or dismantle Obamacare.

Their alternative is simple. It will be whatever their lobbyists tell them it should be. The three step process is quite original:
1. Tort reform
2. Tort reform
3. More tort reform.
If there are any other ways to put more money into the pockets of those already wealthy, then they will be completely open to such ideas.

Bring us back to what? The glory days of the way our health care system used to be under Bush? Our system sucks, and even Republicans will admit this.
Good ole Bush, with his ridiculous drug prescription Bill that lets Big PHARMA reap the benefits of a trillion dollars of tax payer subsidies. That will cost more than anything Obama has done with the Health Industry. Back from the brink indeed!
