What is your favorite protein bar? Mine is the Myoplex light bar. It tastes really good and is better than eating a bag of chips when you get hungry and you need something fast. Although, I hear they are changing the box or brand pretty soon because I couldn't find it on the shelf last time I went to GNC.

Any suggestions for supplements?

I'm not even sure what protein bars are out there any more. There used to be one in Salt Lake City called the Sun. You might check around at Gold's Gym - they would know. Most people here go to straight bars, mixed bars such as the Sandy Station or else sushi bars
(another form of protein).
