Candidate Ron Paul to surge top of poll

Candidate Ron Paul together with Rep. Barney Franks have introduced a bill today to eliminate federal controls on marijuana. It would allow individuals to grow and sell marijuana in states that make it legal.
It is expected that this measure will bring more voters to the New Hampshire primary and perhaps even enliven the Iowa Caucus with farmers interested in an easy crop rotation alternative. It is presumed that the Church of Jesus Christ on Latter-Day Saints will clandestinely form the Citizens for No Marijuana Reform headed by a Baptist ex-addict.
