It is always interesting to me how the Right loves to pretend California is their little brother to be picked on. A state whose economy would ranked fifth largest in the world if it were its own country. It is among the seven Blue states that have the highest GDP per capita. A state that receives far less from the federal government that it puts in. A state that has been subsidizing Red States since forever. Oh, if only the entire country could be like Kansas, right?

And more than a tenth of the US population.

Oh boy. We have another one of you? You can't see or speak without looking through Trump/Right/Q goggles or yelling through a Trump/Right/Q megaphone?
Hey, Alf. Notice that Cultellus doesn’t speak to the goggles or megaphone that he’s looking or yelling through.

that would only be news if the lawyer's standing as an inner-circle leftist somehow got him out of the jam without prosecution or conviction. Sounds like the system is still working based on that one tiny sample point. This is evidence against the Republican / QAnon (nearly one and the same) claims of a deep leftist state.

So, this is elevated discourse the new guys pretend to bring? We all understand outrage porn trolling. Maybe Cultellus is Icarus with MPD.

I think it might also be somewhat accurate to say that he is stubbornly refusing to take off the Trump mandated blindfold and ear plugs.

That's amazing how California managed to subsidize red states with their COVID restrictions. Are you sure this was the case in the 2020 fiscal year?

Yagman also was twice suspended by the State Bar, in 1998 and 1989, for charging unconscionable fees and being “aggressive, hostile and forceful” with his clients.
Ooph, sounds like a turd. I'm not sure if I find it more hilarious or hopeful that he was teaching a course on morality after his conviction.

Does anyone know if being disbarred in CA is permanent? It looks like the article in the OP is over a decade old.

Certainly not the work of a "top" lawyer by any stretch of the imagination. I recognize the names of several top election lawyers. I'd never heard of this guy. And I'd be happy to forget his name right away.
