Dr. Conrad Murray: Preliminary Hearing

Dr. Conrad Murray who is charged with manslaughter in the 2009 death of Michael Jackson will shortly be getting his day in court this September. If time and interest permits, I will be covering the trial proceedings here on the Off Topic forum as I did for the Casey Anthony trial--no promises!
Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009 with Dr. Conrad Murray in attendance. An air of mystery surrounded Michael Jackson in life and the circumstances surrounding the end of that life are no different. We, the public, know only what we've been presented with in the media.
How much of it is true and will we find out as the trial proceeds?
I thought we might have us a little preliminary trial here before the real trial begins and see what we think about the circumstances of Michael Jackson's death. Do we think that Dr. Murray is guilty? Does he bear sole responsibility? Did he acquiesce to the demands of his patient? Did Michael Jackson self administer additional doses of medication?
The toxicology report identified the following meds in Jackson's system at the time of death:
Anesthetic Propofol
Lorazepam
Midazolam
Diazepam
Lidocaine
Ephedrine
Cause of death: Acute propofol intoxication/cardiac arrest
His body, at autopsy, was deemed that of a fairly healthy male, age 50. He stood 5'9 and weighed 136 lbs. His heart was strong, his lungs were inflamed and there were, presumably, needle marks all over his arms.
Dr. Conrad Murray: Guilty or not Guilty?
