This photo was just sent to me by a relative who was trapped downtown by a branch of the "Occupy Wall Street" movement that converged on SLC earlier today and staged a violent protest in front of the Conference Center and Temple grounds, calling for an end to the "cultural genocide" of young boys who like to masturbate and for the nationalization of the Corporation of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints and the redistribution of all corporate profits to ACORN.

They also chanted in unison, lead by a spokesman of a local animal rights group that was participating in the activities, "Four legs good, two legs bad." Cries of "Long live Napoleon" could also be heard as George Washington was burned in effigy.

More news as it breaks...

To be fair, the Occupy Wall Street people are protesting large, bloated, multinational corporate bureaucracies that are obsessed with raking in cash.

So I can see why they would choose to protest against the LDS Church.

You should LOVE the Morlocks, Droop. They were all about devouring feckless hippies.

Actually, they're just protesting economic liberty, property rights, and the existence of liberal democratic society.

So if they are opposed to the existence of liberal democratic society, they should actually support the LDS Church.

Yes, I can see your point.

The Eloi weren't hippies.

They were sheep.

Just what the Leftist doctor has always ordered.

Oh, come on. Living communally, swapping sex partners... they were either hippies or early Mormons.

Droopy, in what jurisdiction in the United States has "traditional marriage," as fantasized by the LDS Church, been enacted as positive law?

I agree, Droopy. Anyone who encourages people to act like sheep is clearly a Leftist.
