Avatars won't display

I just upgraded from Vista to Windows7. Previously, all avatars appeared.

Now, some display and some don't.

The "Edit Display" options on this site are all turned on in my settings.

How do I remedy?

Upload your avatar, again. The board software upgrade seems to have murdered our avatars while we were sleeping.

Upload your avatar, again. The board software upgrade seems to have murdered our avatars while we were sleeping.

Ok, fixed mine, but some others avatars are not displaying. They have to upload their own, then? Not a problem on my end, I take it?
