There is no kind of tart heaven that could be bad. Yours looks like the very best of the possibilities. Recipe?

edit: My goodness. I can't stop looking.

I can't find the recipe!

Here is what I remember:

Melt BS chocolate with some butter. Take off heat and mix with 3 egg yolks. Mix cream, powdered sugar, and Grand Marnier until soft peaks. Whip egg whites until soft peaks and stiff peaks after some p. sugar. Fold the whites with chocolate right after taking off the heat. Fold the cream in. Save some cream for the top.

Crust is your typical pie crust.

This is not a very kid-friendly treat!

Michelangelo's Modern David

What would Michelangelo's David look like had he been created in this day and age here in America? That is the question I asked myself before exploring the possibilities, and this is where it took me. I took into account that America is the home of the burger and fast-food. I also took in account that 1 out of every 4 people here in America are statically overweight. From all the fact gathered, this is what David would look like if he were created today.

“After a short stay in America, David returns to Italy.”

"B.S." chocolate? That doesn't sound very appetizing!
