I knew a cat like this once who used to haunt the aisles of a local hardware store. He could jump up onto the counter which was amazing to see and the floor did bounce a little when he hopped off. Seemed to like being petted and scratched but that could have been more of a function of him not being able to get away due to being slow.

Naw. It's Soros making the noise by, instead of helping the poor like he demands everyone else do, he's going to be pouring $100 million into the Democratic campaign. What a waste.
