It was a narrower lead then. Rasmussen always has a modest to strong Republican lean. Because of Scott Rasmussen's politics it walks the fine line between just having a so-so polling methodology and trying to have the tail wag the dog by making favorable polls towards Republicans become a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's usually offset by other polling firms that carry Democrat leans. That's why poll aggregating is important to getting a clear picture. But this one is an outlier compared to all the other data.Bond James Bond wrote:
