I know some LDS who are big time Ron Paul supporters here. RP got about 10% of the vote in our locality's GOP caucus. The first thing they usually bring up is war and D&C 98. I shut them down with the Church's actual doctrine on D&C 98 found in the D&C Institute Manual.
RP, while giving up the search for new votes, has declared that he will try to win over uncommitted delegates in states that have already voted in order to influence the platform.
