I've not been too impressed with some of them (Arny and Mel for example), but it's a start. Their being or supporting Republicans isn't the issue for me, rather, it's that it means they could be nominally conservative on some issues. If they were Democrats, it's now impossible for such to be conservative.

Mel - antisemite
Nuge - nutbag, anti-everyone but white
Britney/Jessica - brainless pop tarts

Seems to be a representative Republican sample.

Clint Eastwood though, that's a good one. :o

Isn't it interesting that 'Hollywood' Republicans tend, for the most part, to be either seriously neurotic (Gibson) or clueless (Britney Spears). What does it all mean?

Several of the people on this list aren't actually Republicans. The list itself even points it out on occasion, but doesn't seem to care. Drew Carey is actually fairly famous for libertarian activism that is no friend of the Republican party. Ah, "entertainment" magazines.

Anyway, I'm in this thread to post this Gibson rant:

"Go have something to eat! Hurrrrraaaaayyyyyy!"

Awesome, Mel.

It's kind of strange that Schwarzenegger means black negro in German. For me it's a shame Arnold will not follow in the Gipper's footsteps and take the oval office. But perhaps Obama has broken new ground for allowing those who are not naturally born U.S. citizens to run for president.

It means you take two (unconfirmed) out of only 30 listed and try to see trends. Using the same logic as you, I might grant you that Republican women tend to be better looking though......

It also looks like quite a few of them are following Rush's lead into drug abuse by doctor shopping for that hillbilly heroin.
