But as the Dude says to Nazis like me who are against people having kids they can't afford to pay for, unless of course you're disparaging Mormons as rabbits, than it's ok... it's all due to a lack of education dollars spent and has nothing to do with the human animal desire to reproduce coupled with a lack of any sense of responsibility.

Whether you're a democrat or a republican every taxpayer in this country should be going ballistic over this.

Male/Female sterilization for out of wedlock parents, paternity tests etc. are the solution on the government side IF welfare is to be offered.

I'm kind of encouraged by some of the comments on this article. Some people have enough sense to understand that the government paying for this man to reproduce in mass is ultimately their own tax dollars. Still, most voters can't quite make the connection, hence our current democratic government policy.

by the way West Virginia (and most other Red States) collectively are welfare queens since they get more tax dollars than they send to Washington each year. Blue states like Washington and Oregon carry the Alabamas and Mississippis of America every year.

It's what I would call a welfare case of the worst kind.

Perhaps he's figured it out and I've got it all wrong. What could be better than being able to reproduce yourself at another man's expense.
