Not even close to whom? Every time I've seen one of those "who do you want for VP" polls on a conservative blog, she's been in the top five. She polls higher in likability than most of the people being talked about for VP.

Her popularity aside, it won't happen. Condi herself has been saying for years that she has zero interest whatsoever in running for an elected office. She's also one of the most visible figures from the Bush administration, and Romney isn't going to want to give Obama any more chances to associate him with Bush.
