I'm pretty sure that Rafalca was prophesied about somewhere in LDS history. Don't know if the prophesy specifically mentioned dressage dancing, but Rafalca would certainly be a hit at the old Salt Lake City Social Hall with those dance moves. At age fifteen, many of the older elders would be clamoring to punch her dance card. She would make a mighty fine addition to their stable of celestial mares.

While Rafalca may meet the requirements of prophesy, the question about Mitt remains.

There has been continual talk of a white horse prophesy and Romney's dancing pony Rafalca is a white horse. Hope that connects the dots better.
