The Saints (and many other of the good, just, and noble of the earth) will be, at that point, "standing in holy places" from within Zion and watching the final collapse on C-SPAN.

Reagan cut taxes massively, across the board, and took some 12 million Americans in the lowest brackets off the roles entirely. You're probably thinking of TEFRA, a notorious democrat trap that Reagan fell into in exchange for spending cuts that never materialized (and were never meant to, in all likelihood - this is the modern Democrat party, after all).

Its funny how all the neo-communists, socialists, neo-Marxists and fascists in this forum are so utterly hostile to free markets, limited government with clearly enumerated and restricted powers, unalienable individual rights (vs. government created group privilege), private property, and personal economic liberty.

But then if they weren't, they wouldn't be neo-communists, socialists, neo-Marxists, and fascists, would they? They just wouldn't be leftists, and without the Left, where would we be (there are around 130,000,000 people, buried all around us (and countless millions more who's lives were blasted (or, what essentially happens in democratic socialism,reduced to economic, moral, and cultural mediocrity) and debased who would still, or there descendents, be here if not for the Left, but that's a story you probably don't want to hear, as it would spoil you sense of cosmic moral superiority)?
