Yes, Alinsky and his disciple, Barack Obama, and the many totalitarian schemers and statist dreamers, drunken to the point of stumbling, arrogant incoherence with the thought of the vast, concentrated, unaccountable power they will wield over the dependent, infantilized masses they will rule in their future totally controlled and rule, regulation, and government permission-smothered day care center state, has fastened the noose - around our necks.
The Eloi, however, welcome the noose.
It is, after all, far, far safer, more predictable, and more secure than freedom.

I'm quite curious how you feel about Mitt Romney. After all, we know how he feels about you: he thinks that since you don't pay income taxes, you must be with Obama. He thinks that you consider yourself a victim. That you believe the government has a responsibility to care for you. That you think you're entitled to health care, food, housing--you name it. That you think the government should give it to you. That you'll vote for Obama no matter what. You don't pay income taxes, so he isn't going to worry about people like you. He'll never convince you to take responsibility for your own life.
I get that you think Obama is an ultra-hyper-Marxist-Communist-Socialist-Leftist-Nazi-red-diaper-doper baby and that you won't vote for him. But how does it feel voting for Romney, given how little regard he has for you?

Romney misspoke on this and has been duly taken to the woodshed by the conservative pundit world. There is a substantial and rapidly growing minority of Americans, however, who receive substantially more from their fellow citizens than they pay in taxes, and these people have little incentive to begin voting for people who will decrease the degree to which they live at the expense of their neighbors.
That you believe the government has a responsibility to care for you.
Many, many do, reaching from the welfare underclass to the working poor to middle class college students to public sector unions. It is a core belief of the Left, and of Obama himself.
.. Obama is an...Marxist-Communist-Socialist-Leftist-Nazi-red-diaper-doper baby and that you won't vote for him.
Well described.

For those of you scoring at home: that's a comma for every 4.7 words. This kid's comma-density if off the charts. Impressive effort, Droops!

Even after being chastised by almost everybody except for the right-wingnuts, Romney still isn't backing down. He thinks people like Droopy are LOSERS.
Parasites.

Misspeaking is like when you said polymorphous when you meant polyamorous. What Romney did is advocate a whole range of arguments that are false, offensive, and now that they are out, politically damaging. He probably did this to appeal to wealthy donors rather than him being so profoundly ignorant himself, but it wasn't a slip of the tongue. He "misspeak."

No, I meant polymorphous (read your Marcuse, oh Educated One). Get out, do some reading, and stop playing the "I'm a libertarian" head game." You're nothing of the kind, and you know you aren't.
What Romney did is advocate a whole range of arguments that are false, offensive, and now that they are out, politically damaging.
They are, however, quite true about a substantial segment of the population that yes, pays taxes (payroll, sales), and receives far in excess in government "benefits" they what they contribute, and that is a clear danger to a free, limited and constrained government based social order, let alone a prosperous one.
He probably did this to appeal to wealthy donors rather than him being so profoundly ignorant himself, but it wasn't a slip of the tongue.
Yeah, right. Anyway, it was a bad argument based upon some clear misconceptions, but hardly anything to mewl over considering that, thanks to the progressive Left, democratic capitalism is only hanging on by a few fingers at the present time anyway, and a growing percentage of the population from "the poor" through the middle class to unions to rent seeking corporations are living at the expense of their fellow citizens rather than creating wealth and contributing a net increase to the economic base of the nation in a dynamic, competitive free market.

You were misusing an archaic term from psychoanalysis later coopted by a Marxist that you supposedly don't believe in? Even better. At least polyamorous would've made sense.

Yes, I'm not a libertarian because of the libertarian views I advocate. I'm guessing the charge here is that I complained about Romney saying false things that were offensive. This is true, but apparently libertarians aren't supposed to point this out? When did Romney become the darling candidate of libertarians? He's terrible if you are genuinely libertarian.
Incidentally, Romney got raked over the coals for this at Reason. Is Reason not libertarian as well?
Yeah, right.
Maybe you'll reconsider this post and say you "mistyped." Because making a series of arguments you wished you hadn't is the same thing as your cat accidentally running across your keyboard.
