Apple: Think different, uh, not TOO different...

Just another day in paradise, making products for Apple. Foxconn factory spokemen said the there was a 'fight' between employees at the plant which employs over 80,000 people to be shut down.
Other reports said that it was a riot, involving nearly 2,000 employees that started when a guard struck a worker. Cell phone pictures on the internet show lines of riot police and smashed offices.
So how is this story being played in most U.S. media outlets?
1. Why is one of the wealthiest corporation in the world using virtual slave labor in a Communist country that denies its workers the right of collective bargaining?
OR
2. How will this effect the availability of the iPhone 5?
There are two answers, but I'll give you three guesses...
