Scott Pierson unhinged?

Post by _Kevin Graham »

ZLMB creator is on Facebook telling the world to mark his words about the polls lying about Romney, saying he knows for a certainty Romney will win by large margins. I kindly directed him to some refutations of his Dick Morris crap and he responded by deleting me as a friend. Oh well, that figures.

He also went nuts over an alleged manipulation of a Romney video by MSNBC which turned out to be nonsense. conspiracy theory by the Right Wing bloggers. I was going to post this refutation to his wall but found out he's shielded himself from the outside world.

That sucks because I was hopping to see him eat crow after Romney loses.

Is this Pacumeni? I'm surprised. He was always very reasonable, as I recall.

BFD Kevin. So he hopes Romney will win. Why be so spiteful. That would be like me saying I hope Romney wins so all the seemingly Romney haters here are miserable for four years.

And honestly, Romney still could pull it off. I doubt it but who knows?

Of course he is not reasonable because he likes Romney and thinks he will win. You bet.

Defensive, eh? No, I wasn't saying he wasn't reasonable because he likes Romney. I was saying he wouldn't be reasonable for deleting Kevin as a friend for disputing his assertions.

A bit defensive sure. Look I am not sure if I want to vote for Romney. But I am not a big Obama fan either though I did vote for him last time. But there are a lot of haters of Romney here. It is down right hostile at times. And I have watched exchanges between Kevin and Scott on Facebook. As much as I like them both I cannot blame Scott for blocking Kevin. They have both really gotten into it over the Church and over Romney. And you and I both know our buddy Kev can come on pretty strong at times. Maybe Scott just got tired of that.

That may be. Personally, I had a Facebook page for about two minutes before dumping it. It doesn't seem worth the aggravation. These sort of discussions can get testy and ugly, and I didn't want to risk that infecting Facebook, where a lot of my family posts.

I don't hate Romney, by the way, even though I act like it sometimes. I hate the policies and principles he stands for when it comes to economics and social issues. And I hate how dishonest he's been in this campaign. Yeah, all politicians twist and lie, and I know I shouldn't expect better from a Mormon, but I remember how seriously I took my promise to be honest with my fellowman, and it really bugs me that Romney is so openly dishonest in this campaign and yet is some wonderful Mormon in good standing.

There's a difference between hoping that Romney will win and believing that he is currently likely to win by a large margin and polling indicating otherwise being a consequence of a media conspiracy.

Mentally competent adults should be able to tell the difference between what they desire and what is likely to be the case, at least in the broad strokes.

Once the death panels are truly unleashed in Obama's second term, they'll take care of Scott, Ted Nugent, AND Elizabeth Hasselbeck.

I think Romney would get a better reception if he was honest, consistent, tactful and less privileged in how he see's things.
