I just gave Romney 10,000 votes. More to come.

One of my companies does Cafeteria Plans (I don't touch insurance) for other companies. PPACA limited the maximum Medical FSA election to $2500 and most of our clients had max's of $5000 or more.
We just sent out an email newsletter reminding our client companies of the new limitation which begins for plan years starting after Dec. 31 2012. We have of course been preparing them for this since PPACA was passed, but this is the season when employees are making their elections. This is the only employee benefit that pays out more than a dollar for every dollar put into it.
We are being inundated by complaints (about Obama and the Democrats) and pleas for help since many families have relied on this benefit to be able to afford out of pocket health care costs and to solve the cash flow problem for major expenses (All MFSA dollars are immediately available regardless of how much one has contributed so far during the year).
We estimate that, based on participation rates, our client companies total about 10,000 employees who participate by electing this benefit.
Obama and the Democrats have lied to you about not taxing the middle class. PPACA is, bar none, THE LARGEST tax on the middle class in history and not just because of MFSA account limitations.
I am not the only TPA/Cafeteria Plan consultant by a long shot and so right about now, since this is the time people make their medical elections for the coming year, there are perhaps a few million more people thinking about how their families got screwed by Obama and the Democrats and all for saving the Fed a few paltry billion dollars in increased revenue.
The Obama administration has been begging companies (such as defense contractors) not to pink slip ee's prior to the election. PPACA has essentially done it for him anyway.
